Dashboard for Rapid Vehicle Electrification (DRVE) Tool
The DRVE Tool provides unique, turnkey analysis for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty fleet electrification. This total cost of ownership (TCO) tool allows users to upload simple on-road fleet data into an easy-to-use Excel-based tool that can analyze and assess the best fit for EV deployment within minutes, greatly shortening the timing from traditional fleet analysis work. The Electrification Coalition designed this custom-made tool with partner Atlas Public Policy.

Argonne’s AFLEET Tool
The AFLEET spreadsheet provides detailed energy, emission, and cost data for light-duty, heavy-duty, and off-road AFVs. It has 10 calculators depending on the user’s goals, including: Simple payback, Total cost of ownership, Fleet footprint, Idle reduction, Electric vehicle charging, and AFV fueling infrastructure.

Atlas Public Policy’s Fleet Procurement Analysis Tool
Equips users with decision-relevant information on the financial viability and environmental impact of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicle fleet procurements. The Microsoft Excel-based tool can evaluate a variety of procurement ownership structures, vehicle types, and procurement scenarios. The tool compares procurements side-by-side on a cost-per-mile basis and provides an analysis of cash flows and location-specific lifecycle emissions. The tool is highly flexible, supports customizable sensitivity variables, and produces user-friendly results summaries.

An interactive online resource to establish a current and shared knowledge base for worldwide commercially available offerings of zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty vehicles (MHDVs). The tool provides fleets and governments with comprehensive information covering key vehicle specifications and insights, including regions where zero-emission brands are available for purchase, and the timeline over which additional models are expected to become available.
